an obligation to keep or make available and/or retain copies, in paper or electronic form, of the employment contract or an equivalent document within the meaning of Council Directive 91/533/EEC , including, where appropriate or relevant, the additional information referred to in Article 4 of that Directive, payslips, time-sheets indicating the beginning, end and duration of the daily working time and proof of payment of wages or copies of equivalent documents during the period of posting in an accessible and clearly identified place in its territory, such as the workplace or the building site, or for mobile workers in the transport sect ...[+++]or the operations base or the vehicle with which the service is provided.

It should be available to patent applicants from both participating Member States and other States, regardless of nationality, residence or place of establishment.

3. In consultation with the Agency, Member States and interested parties, the Commission shall draw up guidance on the nature of the information referred to in paragraph 1 to be entered in the European database created by Article 11 of Directive 2001/20/EC, on which information shall be made accessible to the public in application of paragraph 1, on how clinical trial results shall be submitted and be made public in application of paragraph 2, and on the Agency's responsibilities and tasks in this regard.

3. Where animals are dispatched for slaughter to another Member State, the competent authorities at the place of dispatch and the place of slaughter shall cooperate to ensure that the information provided by the dispatching food business operator is easily accessible to the slaughterhouse operator receiving it.
