ii)tous les accords ou autres mécanismes soient en place, prévoyant que tous les territoires dépendants ou associés concernés (îles anglo-normandes, île de Man et territoires dépendants ou associés des Caraïbes) appliquent, à compter de cette même date, l'échange automatique d'informations de la même manière que celle prévue au chapitre II de la présente directive (ou, pendant la période de transition visée à l'article 10, appliquent une retenue à la source dans les mêmes conditions que celles prévues aux articles 11 et 12).
(ii)all agreements or other arrangements are in place, which provide that all the relevant dependent or associated territories (the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the dependent or associated territories in the Caribbean) apply from that same date automatic exchange of information in the same manner as is provided for in Chapter II of this Directive, (or, during the transitional period defined in Article 10, apply a withholding tax on the same terms as are contained in Articles 11 and 12).
