Cette partie contractante doit également fournir tous les documents pertinents pour informer le secrétariat de l'OMC des lignes tarifaires visées, des principaux partenaires commerciaux concernés et des échanges, en volume et en valeur, en jeu. Toute partie qui estime avoir un intérêt comme principal fournisseur ou un intérêt substantiel dans une concession devant faire l'objet de négociations au titre de l'article XXVIII du GATT dispose d'un délai de 90 jours, à compter de la notification, pour communiquer sa demande au pays modifiant la concession.
That contracting party should also provide all the relevant documents to inform the WTO secretariat of the tariff lines involved, the most important trading partners and trade volumes and values involved. Any party which considers it has a principle or a substantial supplying interest in a concession which is to be subject to negotiations under Article XXVIII GATT should within 90 days following notification communicate its claim to the concession modifying country.
