Je demande à ce gouvernement, au ministre de la Justice, ainsi qu'à son secrétaire parlementaire de regarder et d'accepter cette motion pour qu'on puisse étudier de façon concrète les moyens de défense que je demande d'inclure explicitement, qui n'enlèvent rien audit projet de loi, mais qui sécuriseront tous les intervenants de l'industrie animalière.
I call on the government, on the Minister of Justice, and on his parliamentary secretary, to have a look at this motion and approve it so that we give serious consideration to the defences which I feel should be explicitly included, which take nothing away from the bill and which will protect all stakeholders in the animal industry.
