5. demande à la Commission de soumettre au Parlement un plan formel de consultation incrémentielle du Parlement au fur et à mesure des travaux et demande que l'ultime mise en œuvre des résultats des travaux des chercheurs et du réseau CCR soit adoptée sous la forme d'un/d'instrument(s) juridique(s) contraignant(s) sur la base des articles 95 et/ou 153 du traité;
5. Calls on the Commission to submit to Parliament a formal plan for the incremental consultation of Parliament as the work progresses, and for the ultimate implementation of the results of the work of the researchers and CFR-Net to be adopted in the form of a binding legal instrument (or instruments) on the basis of Articles 95 and/or 153 of the Treaty;
