3. Un certificat de prise en charge contenant les indications reprises à l'annexe III est délivré par le bénéficiaire au fournisseur. Ce certificat est délivré sans délai après la mise à disposition du produit au stade fixé pour la fourniture et après remise, par le fournisseur au bénéficiaire, de l'original du certificat final de conformité, ainsi que du certificat d'origine, de la facture pro forma établissant la valeur du produit et la cession au bénéficiaire à titre gratuit et, le cas échéant, des documents visés aux articles 14 et 15.
3. A taking-over certificate containing the particulars set out in Annex III shall be issued by the beneficiary to the supplier without delay after the goods have been supplied at the stage of delivery specified and the supplier has provided the beneficiary with the original of the final certificate of conformity and certificate of origin, the pro forma invoice establishing the value of the goods and their transfer to the beneficiary free of charge and, where appropriate, the documents referred to in Articles 14 and 15.
