Il me semble logique, avant d’entamer le débat, que nous entendions d’abord les propos du commissaire Rehn sur la déclaration de la Commission sur les progrès réalisés sur la voie de l’adhésion par la Bulgarie et la Roumanie.
I will indeed do that, but I will wait for a moment in the hope that the Commissioner can manage to get out of the Commission meeting and come to us, as it would make sense to wait until we have heard what Commissioner Rehn has to say about the Commission statement on Bulgaria’s and Romania’s progress towards accession before discussing it. Otherwise we would go straight into the debate.
