M. García Morán aura pour mission principale de contribuer à la gestion efficace du service, tâche particulièrement importante dans la phase de mise en place de cette direction générale nouvellement créée, qui gère un budget annuel de 110 millions d’euros et doit assurer des communications et des ressources informatiques efficaces, stables et sûres aux autres services de la Commission, dans de nombreux sites et délégations à travers l'Europe et dans le reste du monde.
Mr García Morán’s main task will be to contribute to the effective management of the service, a particularly important job in the build-up phase of this newly created Directorate-General, which manages an annual budget of € 110 million. It aims to provide efficient, stable and secure communications and informatics to the rest of the Commission’s departments, at a wide range of sites and delegations across Europe and the rest of the world.
