Welcomes the Commission’s proposal to encourage circular migration and seek legally viable structures for this purpose in cooperation with the Member States, with migrants going back and forth between their country of origin and the destination country, thereby making the knowledge and experience they have acquired available to their home country; points out that it is necessary to accompany circular migration with integration measures, such as the transfer of pension claims and all other social security payments between the country of origin and the host country, for outgoing and returning migrants;
