Le présent règlement, notamment les dispositions relatives à l'octroi des autorisations, à la participation du public et à la mise en œuvre des projets d'intérêt commun, devrait s'appliquer sans préjudice du droit international et du droit de l'Union, notamment les dispositions relatives à la protection de l'environnement et de la santé publique et celles adoptées dans le cadre de la politique commune de la pêche et de la politique maritime commune.
This Regulation, in particular the provisions on permit granting, public participation and the implementation of projects of common interest, should apply without prejudice to international and Union law, including provisions to protect the environment and human health, and provisions adopted under the Common Fisheries and Maritime Policy.
