(2) District of Thunder Bay — that portion lying north of No. 11 Highway, bordered on the east by the Cochrane-Thunder Bay District Boundary and on the west by the Kenora-Thunder Bay boundary.

The settlement is situated on the north side of Kasheweogama Lake in the Township of McCubbin, District of Thunder Bay, at 50°4′ latitude and 90°43′ longitude, and has an area of approximately 5 890 hectares.

COMMENCING at the intersection of the Eastern boundary of Lot Eleven (11), in Concession Three (3), North of the Kaministiqua River, in the Township of Neebing, in the District of Thunder Bay, with the Southern limit of the King’s Highway Number 17, as widened, the said intersection being distant seventeen feet (17′) measured Southerly along the said Eastern boundary from the Northeasterly angle of the said Lot; THENCE, Southerly along the said Eastern boundary of Lot Eleven (11), a distance of one thousand four hundred and eighty-four and twenty-five one-hundredths feet (1,484.25′) to the intersection thereof with the production Northe ...[+++]asterly of the centre line of runway 7-25 of Lakehead Airport; THENCE, Southwesterly along that production and along the said centre line of the said runway, a distance of four thousand and twelve and sixty-four one-hundredths feet (4,012.64′); THENCE, Northwesterly at right angles to the said centre line, a distance of eight hundred feet (800′), to a point henceforth designated as the airport reference point, the said point have an assigned elevation of six hundred and thirty-five feet (635′) above sea level.
