On 26 October 2007, the European Community and the Government of the Russian Federation concluded such an Agreement on trade in certain steel products (3) (‘the Agreement’).

One of the main conclusions as well is that the federal government should be using the same kind of information the first nation would be providing to its own members and that there should be better consultation between the government and first nations to see what kind of information the first nation itself uses to manage, what would be appropriate for its band members to have, and that should form a basis of the accountability back to the federal government.
