Finally, I was rapporteur for the Chamber of the Court of Audit for a decision establishing municipal revenue audit criteria.

Secondly, I was appointed rapporteur for the Chamber of the Court of Audit for the delivery of a favourable opinion regarding a presidential decree limiting preventive audit of expenditure by government, public law legal persons and local authorities to amounts exceeding a certain limit.

By decision of 31 January 2013 of the Tribunal sitting in full court, the case, which had initially been assigned to the Second Chamber of the Tribunal, was reassigned to the full court.

With regard to Mrs de Palacio’s alleged unavailability in the midst of a crisis in the aviation sector, it should be remembered, solely with reference to her presence in Parliament, that she appeared on 2 October 2001 in Strasbourg before the plenary sitting and on 10 October 2001 in Brussels before the Committee on Regional Policy, Transport and Tourism in order to discuss this subject.

Mr Bradley, who from 1969 to 1991 was head of the UK's Central Veterinary Laboratory and was subsequently an adviser to the British Ministry of Agriculture, has acted as rapporteur on BSE at the full meetings of the Scientific Veterinary Committee; it emerges, furthermore, from some of the minutes of the committee meetings that a number of members have suggested that Mr Bradley may have withheld information (see minutes of the meeting of the public health section of the Scientific Veterinary Committee, 11 May 1995 - Annex 23).
