Après la clôture de l'exercice budgétaire et jusqu'à la date de la reddition des comptes définitifs, le comptable de l'organisme communautaire procède aux corrections qui, sans entraîner un décaissement ou un encaissement à la charge de cet exercice, sont nécessaires à une présentation régulière, fidèle et sincère des comptes.
The accounting officer of the Community body shall, after the close of the budgetary year and up to the date of presentation of the final accounts, make any adjustments which, without involving disbursement or collection in respect of that year, are necessary for a true and fair presentation of the accounts in compliance with the rules.
