La Commission rend également compte, au plus tard à la fin de la période de transition, en 1997, ou plus tôt dans le cas d'urgence constaté, des problèmes particuliers posés par l'intégration de la directive 73/23/CEE du Conseil, du 19 février 1973, relative aux matériels électriques destinés à être employés dans certaines limites de tension (6), dans les procédures de marquage «CE», en indiquant notamment si la sécurité est compromise.
No later than the end of the transitional period in 1997, or earlier if the matter is found to be urgent, the Commission shall also report back on any special problems raised by the incorporation of Council Directive 73/23/EEC of 19 February 1973 relating to electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits (6) within the scope of CE marking procedures, and, in particular, whether safety is being compromised.
