2. Les États membres imposent à l'entreprise ou, dans le cas de travailleurs extérieurs, à l'employeur, de déterminer la classification de chaque travailleur avant que celui-ci n'occupe un emploi susceptible d'entraîner une exposition et de réexaminer périodiquement cette classification sur la base des conditions de travail et en fonction de la surveillance médicale.
2. Member States shall require the undertaking or, in the case of outside workers, the employer, to decide on the categorisation of individual workers prior to their taking up work that may give rise to exposure, and to regularly review this categorisation on the basis of working conditions and medical surveillance.
