Ce moment est aussi, pour moi, une source de satisfaction parce que, s'il porte mon nom, le rapport est surtout l'aboutissement d'une nouvelle méthode de travail impliquant de nombreux et fructueux contacts avec les associations de personnes handicapées qui l'ont écrit avec moi, notamment par le biais du forum européen des personnes handicapées, dont je tiens à saluer ici la contribution très précieuse à cette réflexion.
