Le libellé de cet article où on parle d'une obligation de déposer les documents dans un recueil national m'agace, et je crois que cela agace aussi les premières nations qui, d'un côté, se font dire dans le préambule qu'elles ont droit à l'autonomie gouvernementale, qu'on va respecter leurs traités et que ça va bien aller dans le meilleur des mondes, alors que d'un autre côté, on arrive avec le projet de loi qui, depuis le premier article jusqu'au trente-septième, contient exactement le même relent de colonialisme.
The wording of this clause, which talks about an obligation to deposit documents in a national registry, irritates me, and I believe it also irritates the First Nations, which, on the one hand, are being told in the preamble that they have a right of self-government, that we're going to comply with their treaties and that all will be well in the best of all worlds, whereas, on the other hand, we come up with a bill which, from clause 1 to 37, contains exactly the same whiff of colonialism.
