Le programme de restructuration et les plans d’entreprise soumis à la Commission par la Roumanie conformément à l’article 2 du protocole additionnel à l’accord européen établissant une association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d’une part, et la Roumanie, d’autre part, en ce qui concerne une prorogation de la période prévue à l’article 9, paragraphe 4, du protocole no 2 de l’accord européen satisfont aux exigences de l’article 9, paragraphe 4, du protocole no 2.
The restructuring programme and business plans submitted to the Commission by Romania pursuant to Article 2 of the Additional Protocol to the Europe Agreement establishing an association between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and Romania, of the other part, with regard to an extension of the period laid down in Article 9(4) of Protocol 2 to the Europe Agreement, are in compliance with the requirements of Article 9(4) of Protocol 2.
