B. considérant que les pourparlers entre les partis politiques et les gouvernements britanniques et irlandais ont abouti à l'accord du Vendredi saint en 1998 (accord de Belfast), qui a permis la mise en place d'une administration décentralisée comprenant l'établissement d'une assemblée et d'un gouvernement selon le principe du partage des pouvoirs, un conseil ministériel nord-sud, une association interparlementaire nord-sud, un forum consultatif nord-sud, une conférence intergouvernementale Grande Bretagne-Irlande, un conseil Grande Bretagne-Irlande et un organe interparlementaire Grande Bretagne-Irlande élargi;
B. whereas talks between the political parties and the UK and Irish Governments resulted in the 1998 Good Friday Agreement (Belfast Agreement), which provided for the establishment of a devolved administration involving the establishment a power-sharing Assembly and Executive, a North/South Ministerial Council, a North/South Inter-Parliamentary Association, a North/South Consultative Forum, a British-Irish Intergovernmental Conference, a British-Irish Council and an expanded British-Irish Inter-Parliamentary Body;
