(3) Lorsqu’une année d’imposition compte moins de 12 mois, le montant accordé à titre de déduction en application du présent article, exception faite des alinéas (1)c), e), f), g), l), m), w), x), y), ya), zg) et zh), ne peut dépasser le produit du montant maximal autrement déductible par le rapport entre le nombre de jours de l’année d’imposition et 365.
(3) Where a taxation year is less than 12 months, the amount allowed as a deduction under this section, other than under any of paragraphs (1)(c), (e), (f), (g), (l), (m), (w), (x), (y), (ya), (zg) and (zh), shall not exceed that proportion of the maximum amount otherwise allowable that the number of days in the taxation year is of 365.
