L'USC prévoit que le crédit sur le mélange de biodiesel n'est accordé que si l'entreprise qui effectue le mélange de biodiesel et de diesel minéral obtient un certificat (dénommé «certificat biodiesel») de la part du producteur de biodiesel, dans lequel le producteur atteste, entre autres, la quantité de biodiesel à laquelle se rapporte le certificat et précise s'il s'agit d'agri-biodiesel ou de biodiesel d'un autre type.
The U.S.C. provides that the biodiesel mixture credit will not be granted unless the company (blender) that makes the mixture of biodiesel and mineral diesel obtains a certificate (‘Certificate for Biodiesel’) from the producer of the biodiesel in which the producer certifies, inter alia, the quantity of biodiesel to which the certificate relates and whether the biodiesel is agri-biodiesel or biodiesel other than agri-biodiesel.
