Every still, worm, rectifying apparatus, fermenting-tun, mash-tub, machinery, tobacco-press, cutting-machine, vessel, utensil, pipe, cock, pump, trough, conduit or apparatus, with all and every matter or thing that they contain and the contents of every store-room, workshop or apartment in respect of which any punishment is incurred under this Act, or that has not been entered, described or returned as required by this Act, shall be forfeited to the Crown and may be seized and detained by any officer and dealt with accordingly.
