With respect to the introduction of squeeze-out rights and sell-out rights, proposed by the High Level Group in its Restructuring Chapter, the Commission observes that the same objectives are pursued by one of the recommendations made by the SLIM Group about the simplification of the Second Directive, which the High Level Group has endorsed.
