L’objectif de la directive est d’atteindre un juste équilibre entre, d’une part, l’amélioration de la protection des travailleurs intérimaires, notamment en établissant le principe de l’égalité de traitement, et, d’autre part, le soutien du rôle positif que le travail intérimaire peut jouer en apportant plus de souplesse au marché du travail.
The Directive aims to reach a fair balance between, on the one hand, improving the protection of temporary agency workers, in particular by establishing the principle of equal treatment, and, on the other hand, supporting the positive role that agency work can play by providing sufficient flexibility in the labour market.
