(4) Pour l’application de l’article 15 de la Loi sur l’augmentation du rendement des rentes sur l’État, la dette qui découle des contrats de rente est égale, à la fin de l’exercice en ce qui concerne les rentes, échues ou non, à la valeur actuelle des paiements futurs sur ces rentes, déterminées à la fin de l’exercice selon le taux annuel de sept pour cent et selon la table de rente pour 1983, modifiée par l’échelle de projection G publiée dans le document intitulé Transactions of the Society of Actuaries, vol. XXXV (1983), pages 882 et 883.
(4) For the purposes of section 15 of the Government Annuities Improvement Act, the liability outstanding at the end of a fiscal year is, in respect of annuities, whether they have become payable or not, the present value of future payments on those annuities, taken at the end of that year based on a rate of interest of 7% per annum and the Annuity Table for 1983, as modified by Projection Scale G published in Transactions of the Society of Actuaries, Vol. XXXV (1983), at pages 882 and 883.
