A court, when making a disposition under s. 672.45(2), or Review Board, when making a disposition in the court’s place under s. 672.47, may order: (a) an absolute discharge, where the accused is not a significant threat to the safety of the public; (b) a discharge (i.e., release into the community) subject to conditions; or (c) detention in custody in a hospital with any appropriate conditions.
