2. Par dérogation au premier sous-paragraphe du paragraphe 1, dans le cas de programmes opérationnels cofinancés par le FSE, les paiements intermédiaires par la Commission pour les états des dépenses envoyés par les Etats membres d'ici le 31 décembre 2010 peuvent être, si l'Etat membre le demande, payés à 100% de la contribution publique pour chaque axe prioritaire comme mentionné sous cet axe prioritaire dans l'état des dépenses certifié par l'autorité de certification.
2. By way of derogation from the first subparagraph of paragraph 1, in the case of operational programmes co-financed by the ESF, interim payments by the Commission for statements of expenditure sent by the Member States by 31 December 2010 may, if a Member State so requests in order to facilitate implementation of anti-crisis measures, be made by paying 100% of the public contribution for each priority axis as mentioned under that priority axis in the statement of expenditure certified by the certifying authority.
