f) que des références spécifiques à la participation structurée de la société civile dans le nouveau dialogue politique soient introduites, en proposant l'organisation de conférences périodiques avec les représentants de la société civile organisée tant dans l'UE qu'en Amérique centrale, l'octroi à ces représentants du statut d'observateurs aux réunions interministérielles, et facilitant leur participation active dans les forums, commissions et sous-commissions sectorielles correspondantes à tous les stades de discussion, de négociation et de suivi du processus;
(f) that specific references should be included to the structured involvement of civil society in the new political dialogue through the holding of periodic conferences with representatives of civil society in both the EU and Central America, the granting to those representatives of observer status at interministerial meetings and the taking of action to facilitate the representatives’ active involvement in appropriate sectoral forums, committees and subcommittees at all stages in the discussion, negotiation and monitoring of the process;
