3.2.Essais dynamométriques par inertie 3.2.1.La machine d'essai doit avoir une inertie rotative simulant la partie de l'inertie linéaire de la masse du véhicule agissant sur une roue, qui est nécessaire aux essais de performance à froid et de performance résiduelle, et doit pouvoir fonctionner à une vitesse constante pour les besoins de l'essai décrit aux points 3.5.2 et 3.5.3 ci-après.
