Les bureaux concernés par les dispositions de cette section garantissent les uns à l'égard des autres le remboursement de tous les montants payables au titre de ce règlement général résultant de toute réclamation provoquée par tout accident dans lequel est impliqué un véhicule ayant son stationnement habituel sur le territoire de l'État pour lequel chacun de ces bureaux est compétent, qu'il soit assuré ou non.
The bureaux to which the provisions of this section apply shall guarantee, on a full reciprocity basis, the reimbursement of all amounts payable under these Regulations arising out of any accident involving a vehicle normally based in the territory of the State for which each of these bureaux is competent, whether the vehicle is insured or not.
