Dans les quatre prochaines années, le FAU en question, établi sous la forme d’une société par actions détenue par Société Générale Expressbank, Elana Holding, Elana Investment et Balkan Advisors, qui sont les membres d’un consortium dirigé par Société Générale Expressbank, investira environ 18,8 millions d’EUR alloués par le Fonds de participation JESSICA et environ 37,6 millions d’EUR supplémentaires en fonds propres (56,4 millions d’EUR au total) dans des projets urbains réalisés dans les villes de Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora et Pleven.
The UDF is established as a joint stock company by Societe Generale Expressbank, Elana Holding, Elana Investment and Balkan Advisors, namely the members of a Consortium led by Société Générale Expressbank, to invest approximately EUR 18.8 million of JESSICA funds and approximately an additional EUR 37.6 million of its own funds (in total EUR 56.4 million) in the next four years into urban projects located in the cities of Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Ruse, Stara Zagora and Pleven.
