Expresses its deep concern at the fate and safety of the 1.5 million Palestinians trapped in Gaza with no possibility to leave the Strip and at the humanitarian situation of the Palestinians living in the West Bank, whose conditions have not improved in spite of the cooperative attitude of the Palestinian National Authority; takes the view that a daily three-hour cessation of bombardments remains insufficient to deal with the present humanitarian catastrophe, that can only be tackled by an immediate and lasting ceasefire; recalls that the present crisis has further exacerbated the situation created by the long-lasting blockade on th ...[+++]e Gaza Strip imposed by the Israeli authorities since 2007;

In Annex II, the text "classes AFL, BFL or CFL for which the reaction to fire performance is susceptible to change during the production in general those subject to chemical modification, e.g. fire retardant, or where changes of composition may lead to changes in reaction to fire performance" is replaced everywhere by "classes A1FL (1), A2FL (1), BFL (1), CFL (1)". , and a footnote 1 is added with the text "Products/materials for which a clearly identifiable stage in the production process results in an improvement of the reaction to fire classification (e.g. an addition of fire retardants or a limiting of organic material)".

In Annex I, the text "of reaction to fire classes AFL, BFL or CFL for which the reaction to fire performance is not susceptible to change during the production, of reaction to fire classes DFL, EFL or FFL and also of class AFL that according to Commission Decision 96/603/EC do not require to be tested for reaction to fire" is replaced everywhere by "other than those specified in Annex II".
