La Commission doit toutefois déterminer, dans les trois ans qui suivront l'entrée en vigueur du nouveau règlement, si les boissons alcoolisées devraient être concernées, à l'avenir, notamment par l'obligation d'indiquer la valeur énergétique, et présenter des propositions législatives au besoin.
The Commission must, however, examine within three years after the entry into force of the new regulation whether alcoholic beverages should in future be covered, in particular, by the requirement to indicate the energy value, and make legislative proposals, if appropriate.
