Par le règlement d'exécution (UE) no 444/2011 (3), à la suite d'une enquête anticontournement, le Conseil a étendu le droit compensateur antidumping institué par le règlement (CE) no 599/2009 aux importations dans l'Union de biodiesel expédié du Canada, qu'il ait ou non été déclaré originaire de ce pays, à l'exception du biodiesel produit par les sociétés BIOX Corporation, Oakville, et Rothsay Biodiesel, Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
By Implementing Regulation (EU) No 444/2011 (3), following an anti-circumvention investigation, the Council extended the definitive anti-dumping duty imposed by Regulation (EC) No 599/2009 to imports into the Union of biodiesel consigned from Canada, whether declared as originating in Canada or not, with the exception of those produced by the companies BIOX Corporation, Oakville and Rothsay Biodiesel, Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
