– (ES) Monsieur le Président, je considère comme très positive la proposition de la Commission de transposer en droit le plan de reconstitution du thon rouge approuvé par la CICTA et je partage l’opinion du commissaire selon laquelle les mesures qu’elle contient, si appliquées correctement, permettront la reconstitution progressive des stocks dans l’océan Atlantique et la Méditerranée.
– (ES) Mr President, I take a very positive view of the Commission proposal to transpose the recovery plan for bluefin tuna agreed at ICCAT into the legal order and I agree with the Commissioner that the measures it contains, if applied correctly, will allow a gradual recovery of stocks both in the Atlantic and the Mediterranean.
