«rayonnement ionisant», un rayonnement au sens de la directive 96/29/Euratom du Conseil du 13 mai 1996 fixant les normes de base relatives à la protection sanitaire de la population et des travailleurs contre les dangers résultant des rayonnements ionisants (11) et dans les limites prévues par l'article 1er, paragraphe 2, de la directive 1999/2/CE du Parlement européen et du Conseil du 22 février 1999 relative au rapprochement des législations des États membres sur les denrées et ingrédients alimentaires traités par ionisation (12);
