(4) La partie d’un PAE qui est versée au bénéficiaire d’un REEE pouvant avoir plus d’un bénéficiaire à un moment donné et qui est imputable à des subventions pour l’épargne-études est égale à zéro si le bénéficiaire est devenu un bénéficiaire du REEE après avoir atteint l’âge de vingt et un ans, à moins que, avant d’avoir atteint cet âge, il n’ait été bénéficiaire d’un autre REEE pouvant avoir plus d’un bénéficiaire à un moment donné.

(4) The portion of an EAP made to a beneficiary under an RESP that allows more than one beneficiary at any one time that is attributable to CES grants is nil where the beneficiary became a beneficiary under the RESP after attaining 21 years of age, unless, before attaining 21 years of age, the beneficiary had been a beneficiary under another RESP that allows more than one beneficiary at any one time.

(2) Lorsqu’une partie seulement des biens détenus dans le REEE, autres que les biens détenus dans un compte du bon d’études, est transférée à un autre REEE, les cotisations subventionnées et non subventionnées, les subventions pour l’épargne-études, les sommes versées en vertu d’un programme provincial désigné et les revenus accumulés sont considérés comme ayant été transférés dans la même proportion que la valeur des biens transférés par rapport à celle des biens détenus dans le REEE, autres que la valeur des biens détenus dans un compte du bon d’études, au moment du transfert.

(2) If less than all of the property, other than the property in a CLB account, held in connection with an RESP is transferred to another RESP, the assisted contributions, unassisted contributions, CES grants, any amount paid under a designated provincial program and accumulated income are considered to be transferred in the same proportion as the value of the property transferred is to the total value of the property, other than the value of the property in a CLB account, in the RESP at the time of the transfer.
