Toutefois, par dérogation au paragraphe 2, en ce qui concerne la période allant du 1er janvier au 31 mars de chaque année civile, les moyennes journalières des importations nettes et de la consommation intérieure visées audit paragraphe sont déterminées sur la base des quantités importées ou consommées durant la pénultième année civile précédant l’année civile en question.
3. However, notwithstanding paragraph 2, the daily averages of net imports and inland consumption, as referred to in that paragraph, shall be determined, as regards the period from 1 January to 31 March of each calendar year, on the basis of the quantities imported or consumed during the last year but one before the calendar year in question.
