Toutefois, les oiseaux visés à l’article 7 de la directive 92/65/CEE qui font l’objet d’échanges dans l’Union ne sont pas tenus d’être accompagnés d’un certificat sanitaire conforme au modèle figurant à l’annexe E, première partie, de ladite directive, mais ils doivent être accompagnés d’une autocertification de la part de l’exploitant conformément à l’article 4 de ladite directive, ou dans le cas de psittacidés, d’un document commercial visé par le vétérinaire officiel ou par le vétérinaire ayant en charge l’exploitation.
However, birds as referred to in Article 7 of Directive 92/65/EEC are not required to be accompanied by a health certificate, as set out in Part 1 of Annex E thereto when traded within the Union, but must be accompanied by a self-certification by the operator in accordance with Article 4 of that Directive, or in the case of psittacidae by a commercial document signed by the official veterinarian or by the veterinarian responsible for the holding.
