Conformément à cet objectif, le programme devrait particulièrement s'efforcer de soutenir les actions requises par la législation de l'Union, ou contribuant aux objectifs de celle-ci, concernant les maladies transmissibles et autres menaces sur la santé, les tissus et cellules humains, le sang, les organes humains, les dispositifs médicaux, les médicaments, les droits des patients en matière de soins de santé transfrontaliers, ainsi que les produits du tabac et la publicité pour le tabac.
In line with that objective, the Programme should undertake special efforts to support actions required by, and contributing to, the aims of Union legislation in the fields of communicable diseases and other health threats, human tissues and cells, blood, human organs, medical devices, medicinal products, patients' rights in cross-border healthcare, and tobacco products and tobacco advertising.
