Mr. Jerry Pickard: This has very specific application to potentially bringing U.S. immigration officers onto Canadian soil and Canadian officers onto U.S. soil because of the concern that our structures are so valuable and so accessible at this point, where somebody can drive through and drop their quarter in to get onto a bridge or through a tunnel, or can access some very valuable transit routes.
