Monsieur le Président, j'écoute la ministre attentivement et je suis d'accord avec mon collègue du NPD qui vient de prendre la parole pour dire que le débat porte actuellement sur un autre bâillon, une autre guillotine, imposée aux partis de l'opposition, ainsi qu'aux témoins, aux gens de la société qui veulent venir témoigner sur cet important projet de loi.
Mr. Speaker, I listened carefully to what the minister had to say, and I agree with my NDP colleague who just spoke that the current debate is about another gag order, another guillotine motion imposed on the opposition parties, witnesses and members of the public who want to testify with regard to this important bill.
