...[+++], un emploi à temps partiel et un emploi à temps plein, ainsi que d'examiner la possibilité de stimuler les petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) au moyen d'incitations financières et d'autres dispositifs permettant de mieux concilier la vie professionnelle et la vie privée; souligne que les femmes handicapées devraient avoir les mêmes droits aux financements destinés à la création de petites entreprises et d'autres formes d'activités non salariées, ainsi que disposer du même droit de choisir entre différentes formes d'emploi; encourage les États membres à tirer des enseignements des meilleures pratiques en Europe; invite les employeurs à procéder à des adaptations raisonnables des lieux et des conditions de travail, afin d'accorder davantage d'attention aux mesures incitatives ciblant les personnes handicapées en vue de les intégrer activement sur le marché du travail, ainsi qu'à prévoir la possibilité pour chaque victime de discrimination d'être entendue par un tribunal du travail, en application de l'article 5 de la directive 2000/78/CE; 37.
