Aux fins des limitations du temps de vol, l’autorité compétente détermine, conformément aux définitions des horaires perturbateurs de “type matinal” et de “type tardif” visées au point ORO.FTL.105 de l’annexe III, celui de ces deux types d’horaires perturbateurs qui s’applique à tous les exploitants de transport aérien commercial placés sous sa surveillance.
For the purpose of flight time limitations, the competent authority shall determine, in accordance with the definitions of “early type” and “late type” of disruptive schedules in point ORO.FTL.105 of Annex III, which of those two types of disruptive schedules shall apply to all CAT operators under its oversight.
