Toutefois, le remboursement des prêts octroyés après le 30 juin 1999 — sur la base du calendrier régulier prévu au contrat de prêt ainsi que sur la base de la présente décision — ne suffit pas à la restitutio in integrum, étant donné que jusqu’à la date de remboursement, HSY disposait d’un financement que, dans des conditions normales, elle n’aurait pas obtenu auprès du marché.
The reimbursement — following the normal time schedule laid down in the loan contract and following from the present decision — of any loan granted after 30 June 1999 is however not sufficient to restore the initial situation since until the reimbursement date HSY has had at its disposal a financing that it normally would not have obtained from the market.
