Monsieur le Président, je souhaite être parfaitement clair, puisque la plupart d’entre nous sont des citoyens de l’État espagnol: nous ne jugeons pas la Constitution à l’aune de l’éventuel pouvoir de veto de notre gouvernement fédéral et nous ne partageons pas l’entêtement de l’actuel Premier ministre, José María Aznar, qui se distingue de temps à autre par son talent à se faire des ennemis et en faisant obstruction à la résolution de tous les problèmes.
Mr President, I wish to make it quite clear, since most of us are citizens of the Spanish State - that we are not judging the Constitution on the basis of our State Government’s potential power of veto and that we do not share the stubbornness of the current Prime Minister, José Maria Aznar, who distinguishes himself now and then by his talent for making enemies and by obstructing the solution to all problems.
