Le très révérend Gabriel Breynat et ses successeurs à titre de vicaires apostoliques du vicariat apostolique du Mackenzie et d'évêques du diocèse de Mackenzie-Fort Smith, en communion avec l'Église de Rome, sont par les présentes constitués en personne morale sous le nom de «Office épiscopal catholique romain de Mackenzie-Fort Smith», ci-après nommé «l'Office»».
The Right Reverend Gabriel Breynat, and his successors, being Vicars Apostolic of the Vicariate Apostolic of Mackenzie and Bishops of the Diocese of Mackenzie-Fort Smith, in communion with the Church of Rome, are hereby incorporated under the name of " The Roman Catholic Episcopal Corporation of Mackenzie-Fort Smith" , hereinafter called " the Corporation" " .
