Assessment and verification: The applicant shall provide a declaration of compliance with this criterion, together with documentation on the photovoltaic, hydroelectric, geothermal, biomass or wind power system and data on both its potential and actual output and documentation regarding the electricity flows from and to the grid as proof of any net contribution or electricity from renewable energy sources to the grid.

Member States can maximise the real and long-term returns from their education and training systems by considering equity alongside efficiency when taking decisions about system reform.

In order to take into account the variability in yields, it is advisable to implement a certain flexibility where the declared yield turns out to be higher than the real yield.

Whereas, in order to prevent complicated regionalization plans from giving rise to real yields which significantly exceed historical yields, Regulation (EEC) No 1765/92 provides for the adjustment of compensatory payments in the following marketing year in proportion to the overrun in the average historical yield resulting from the 1993 regionalization plans, or in the case of Austria, Finland and Sweden, the plans applied in 1995;
