I would signal that I am in 100% agreement with the member that we have to use caution and make sure that people are always on their guard against the overuse or abuse of any medication, whether it be prescription, non-prescription, or in this case medical marijuana.

Medicines can also be designated as orphan drugs if the number of people affected is greater than 5 of 10 000, but the disease is transmissible and life-threatening or may lead to invalidity, and it can be demonstrated that the therapy would not be developed without the additional incentives which the status of orphan drug can offer.
